NO SURPRISES
Our pricing covers the full job — not just the pool shell. Here's what every homeowner gets.
We dig the hole, remove the dirt, and prepare the ground so the pool sits level and secure.
Your fiberglass pool shell is delivered by truck and crane-set into the excavation with precision.
All plumbing lines, skimmers, returns, and the filtration system are installed and connected.
The pump, filter, and all electrical connections are set up on a proper equipment pad.
The area around the pool is backfilled for stability, and we fill the pool with water for the first time.
A basic concrete deck around your pool is included so you have a clean, functional surface from day one.

SITE VARIABLES
Beyond pool size and add-ons, your property itself plays a role in the final number. We explain all of these upfront.
Easy access: no extra cost. Tight lots, fences, or obstacles can add $2,000–$8,000 depending on difficulty.
Most Ontario lots are straightforward. Rock, high water table, or heavy clay can add to excavation costs.
Pool permits and fencing requirements vary by municipality. We handle the paperwork — permit fees are passed through at cost.
If your yard slopes significantly or has drainage issues, grading work may be needed before installation.
We serve London and surrounding communities. Projects beyond our core area may have an additional travel fee.
Booking in fall or winter gives you more scheduling flexibility and ensures your pool is ready for the first warm days.
