PERMITS
Plan on a building permit for the pool itself. Lambton Shores issues its own permits, and its 2026 fee schedule lists a building permit for swimming pools. A pool fence that meets the Fence By-law doesn't need a separate permit.
We handle the permit paperwork for you as part of every installation.
If your yard is near the Ausable River, a creek or the Lake Huron shoreline, the local conservation authority has to approve construction there as well.

POOL FENCES
COST
Most of our fiberglass pool projects fall between $82,500 and $143,000, fully installed. That covers the pool, excavation, backfill, basic equipment and a standard concrete patio.
Where you land in that range depends on the pool size, the patio, equipment upgrades and your yard. The Instant Estimator gives you a range for your own project, and you get an exact price once we've seen your yard.
Not always. Fiberglass pools are built in a factory and shipped by truck, so they top out at about 16 feet wide and about 8 feet deep, and a crane needs a clear path to set the pool in your yard. If you want a bigger pool or a custom shape, concrete is the better choice.
