PERMITS
Yes. Ingersoll requires a pool fence permit from its Building Services, applied for the same way as a building permit. An inground pool also needs a lot grading plan from an Ontario Land Surveyor or engineer, and a deck or shed needs its own permit.
We handle the permit paperwork for you as part of every installation.
If your yard is near the Thames River, a creek valley or a wetland, the local conservation authority may need to issue a permit as well.

POOL FENCES
COST
Most of our fiberglass pool projects fall between $82,500 and $143,000, fully installed. That covers the pool, excavation, backfill, basic equipment and a standard concrete patio.
Where you land in that range depends on the pool size, the patio, equipment upgrades and your yard. The Instant Estimator gives you a range for your own project, and you get an exact price once we've seen your yard.
Not always. Fiberglass pools are built in a factory and shipped by truck, so they top out at about 16 feet wide and about 8 feet deep, and a crane needs a clear path to set the pool in your yard. If you want a bigger pool or a custom shape, concrete is the better choice.
