PERMITS
Yes. In St. Thomas you need a swimming pool fence permit before the pool goes in, plus a site alteration permit for the excavation and grading. Both come from the City's Building Services.
We handle the permit paperwork for you as part of every installation.
If your yard is near Kettle Creek, a river valley, a steep slope or a wetland, the local conservation authority may need to issue a permit as well.

POOL FENCES
COST
Most of our fiberglass pool projects fall between $82,500 and $143,000, fully installed. That covers the pool, excavation, backfill, basic equipment and a standard concrete patio.
Where you land in that range depends on the pool size, the patio, equipment upgrades and your yard. The Instant Estimator gives you a range for your own project, and you get an exact price once we've seen your yard.
Not always. Fiberglass pools are built in a factory and shipped by truck, so they top out at about 16 feet wide and about 8 feet deep, and a crane needs a clear path to set the pool in your yard. If you want a bigger pool or a custom shape, concrete is the better choice.
